阿胶养阴粥
组 成：
阿胶、大米、麦冬、生地、何首乌、黄精
简 介：
作法：
先将麦冬、生地、何首乌、黄精水煎煮取汁，后入大米一百公克煮成粥，再将捣碎的阿胶入粥稍煮，待其融化即可。
若是孕妇出现脸颊常常潮红、手心、脚心常热热的、口干咽燥等症状，可食用阿胶养阴粥。
