以筛选胡芦巴炮制最佳工艺为目标,采用正交试验并利用高效液相法HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chrcmatography)对不同炮制程度的胡芦巴进行胡芦巴碱的含量测定,筛选出在实验室条件下的最佳工艺A2B2C1。

| 胡芦巴(common fenugreek) 豆科胡芦豆属中的栽培种，学名Trigonella foenumgraecum L.,一年生草本植物。别名云香草。原产半中海沿岸。中国主产四川、河南、甘肃、安徽等省。 株高20-80cm，全株有香气，茎直立，多丛生。三出羽状复叶，互生，小叶长卵形或卵状披针形。花1-2朵，腋生，无梗；花冠蝶形，白色，后渐变淡黄色，基部微带紫色。荚果细长，扁圆筒状，直或稍弯曲，先端具长喙，内有种子10-20粒，棕黄色，矩圆形。花期4月至5月。果期5月至6月。 喜冷凉气候，适宜于向阳、排水良好、土质疏松肥沃的砂质壤土，pH7.5左右为好。用种子繁殖，可春播或秋播。春播在3月下旬；秋播在9月中旬至10月上旬，以秋播为好。秋播宜早，可使幼苗安全越冬，用条播法，按行距30cm开沟，沟深3cm，将种子均匀撒于沟内，覆薄层细土，稍加镇压，每公顷用种量30-37.5kg。7-10天出苗，苗出齐后间苗。生长期间及时松土除草，注意排灌水。5月下旬至6月下旬，当下部荚果变黄熟时，选晴天，割下全株，晒干，脱粒，去杂质。每公顷产种子1500-2250kg。 种子含生物碱、皂甙、黄酮化合物及多种蛋白质。含蛋白质20-35%，含油3-9%。种子味苦、性温。有温肾、祛寒、止痛作用。主治肾虚阳痿、寒疝偏坠、睾丸冷痛、胃寒痛、寒湿脚气肿痛乏力。 |
