《伤寒微旨论》 《伤寒微旨论》 伤寒著作。二卷。宋·韩祗和约撰于1086年。原书已佚，后世刊印本系从《永乐大典》中辑录编成。全书自伤寒源至劳复证共十五篇，论述辨脉，汗、下、温中等治疗大法，用药和某些病证的证治，并附方论、治案。所用方剂不限于《伤寒论》方，多为自拟方。所设汗、下、温中诸法均依立春后至清明前；清明后至芒种前；芒种后至立秋前三不同阶段而定。韩氏在阐发《伤寒论》的学术经验方面多有创新，体现了一定程度的变化与发展，论著颇为后世所重。但王履在《医经溯洄集》中批评韩氏“将温暑作伤寒立论”，应予注意。现存清末刻本及石印本，《四库全书》本等。
