tianhou天候(weather)天气、气候及某些天文现象的泛称。军事习惯用语。日文辞书中的天候(丁儿下今)指几天以上的天气总合，德文辞书中的天候(die Witter皿g)指较短时间内的天气状态的总称，有时亦作天气和气候的中间概念使用。在中国，“天候”一词除指某一地区、某一时段阴睛、雨雪、冷暖、干湿等天气、气候特征外，还包括日出日没、昼夜长短等天文现象在内，多见于军事书刊中。在中国《孙子》中，用“天”来表示“阴阳、寒暑、时制”，与上述的天候含义大致相同。20世纪50年代以来，西方又出现了“全天候”(an一wea也er)一词，多用来表示某种较先进的武器装备所具有的较好的抗御恶劣天候影响的性能，如全天候飞机指能在昼、夜间的简单和复杂气象条件下起飞着陆的飞机。把“全天候”武器系统当作是完全摆脱了任何天候条件影响的武器系统，是一种误解。 (张拔群)
