According to the control characteristics of burning black liquor in recovery alkali boiler,real-time measurement of furnace temperatures and black ash pad were realized by infrared thermoscope,the temperatures of furnace situation can be controlled instead of the traditional furnace temperatures,so the control process was expedited.

Iukuongnanxlng炉况难行(tight furnaee operation)高炉炼铁过程中炉况失常的一种表现。炉况难行如不能及时消除，会由于炉料阻塞区域的扩大而转为悬料(见悬料与坐料)。炉况难行的征兆为炉料下降变慢，直至接近停滞或出现短时间的停滞;风压上升，风量下降，两者不相对应，透气性指数明显下降;炉顶温度上升，温度曲线变窄。处理方法是酌情减风量(如5%一10%或更多)，使压差低于正常值而且风量与风压相对应;如炉温充足可多减风温(如50一100℃)，采用发展边沿的装料制度并相应减轻负荷;加强炉前工作，出净渣、铁。 (庄镇恶)
