一种病因未明的皮肤病。过去认为是血源皮肤结核，目前认为是一种非结核性的皮肤病，但病因仍未阐明。好发于青壮年，皮损散在于面部、特别是口腔周围，无融合倾向。基本损害为黄红色针头大小至绿豆大小的小结节，质地坚实，有时柔软，中心有坏死。本病可自行消退，抗结核治疗无效，愈后往往留下有色素性萎缩的瘢痕。
