shu一Ping lianxu zhuding水平连续铸锭(horizontal。ontinuous。ast-ing)金属熔体在与地面平行安装的铸锭机上连续地被拉出结晶器的铸锭工艺。在有色金属及合金铸锭生产中水平连续铸锭已被广泛应用。这种铸锭方法的优点是:设备结构简单,安装方便及不用挖铸造井,使投资费用降低;浇注速度快,辅助时间短,大大地提高了生产率。 水平连续铸锭机主要是由中间包和一个安装在中间包垂直侧面的结晶器以及引锭机构和同步锯切装置等组成的。铸锭时,首先将引锭杆放入结晶器中,熔体金属通过中间包注入到结晶器后,金属与引锭杆前端凝固在一起,此时启动引锭拉辊,引锭杆以匀速将金属锭从结晶器中拉出。待铸锭达到一定长度后,同步锯床便在铸锭运行中将铸锭切断。铜合金水平连续铸锭装置如图所示。铜合金水平连续铸锭时,由于铸造温度沪嘛 铜合金水平连续铸锭装置 1一保温炉;2一结晶器;3一中间包; 4一引锭机构;5一同步锯高,结晶器壁易与氧化锌一类的凝结物粘连,严重地危害铸锭表面质量。因此,铜合金水平连铸时连铸机的引锭拉辊采取拉一停结合的周期性间歇式的方式工作。这种引锭方式可有效地防止铸锭与结晶器壁间的沾连,有助于改善铸锭表面质量。 (郎振簇)
