主料:三黄鸡
辅料:豆芽、菊苗、葱、姜、蒜
调料:盐、味精、白糖、酱油、醋、香油、芝麻
烹制方法:
1、将三黄鸡洗净均匀抹上盐,肚中塞入葱和姜,腌制30分钟,放入锅中,加适量冷水煮熟;
2、将豆芽过水焯熟取出备用,取一碗,加醋、盐、白糖、酱油、味精、葱姜蒜末拌匀;
3、将豆芽铺在盘子底部,煮好的三黄鸡冷却后抹匀香油,切块码放在豆芽上,菊苗围边,浇上调好的汁,撒芝麻即可。
特点:鲜嫩咸香,造型美观。
