补充资料:草莓苹果酱
原料:草莓750克,苹果500克,白糖1000克,明胶6克,草莓香精2滴,水适量。
制作:
1、将草莓和苹果用清水洗净,苹果削皮,切半、去核,再用捣碎机或菜刀将草莓、苹果搅碎成泥。
2、把碎草莓、苹果和水一同倒入锅内,略加搅拌,待其混匀后,用旺火煮沸5分钟左右,再放白糖,用力搅动至糖溶,然后改用文水煮8-10分钟,并经常搅动果酱,防止糊锅。
3、用少许清水将明胶浸泡煮溶,倒入果酱中,拌匀,继续煮10多分钟,见锅内果酱变浓稠,且气泡增大,即可离火,滴入香精,稍晾温,倒入容器中存放。
