Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of Jiajian Guipi Decoction combined ethamsylate and ofloxacin.
目的:观察加减归脾汤联合止血敏、氧氟沙星治疗宫环出血的疗效。

归脾汤
本方出自《济生方》。①组成：人参，黄芪，白术，茯神，当归，酸枣仁，龙眼肉，远志，木香，炙甘草，生姜，大枣；②方解：人参、黄芪、白术、炙甘草益气健脾；当归、龙眼肉、远志、酸枣仁养血安神；木香行气，配入上药可使补而不滞；生姜、大枣以调和脾胃。全方重在补气健脾，脾气得健，则血得以统摄；③功用：补气摄血，用于脾虚不能统摄血液所致的月经过多，或其他出血。如经血量多不止，可酌加血余炭、陈棕炭、龙骨、牡蛎等固涩止血之品。此外本方尚可用于心脾两虚之心悸、健忘、失眠、多梦、身疲食少之证。现代应用本方加减除治疗功能性子宫出血外，尚可用于治疗具有上述心脾两虚、贫血、神经衰弱等病症。
