[原料/调料]
鸡腿 1只
新鲜山药 600公克
玉竹 3钱
白芷 3钱
枸杞 3钱
生姜片 2片
[制作流程]
(1)鸡腿洗净切块。
(2)将600cc水注入锅中煮开后，放入生姜片及切块鸡腿煮滚去血水，取出鸡腿用冷水冲洗干净。
(3)将1500cc水注入锅中煮开后，放入鸡腿煮10分钟，加入其他材料，用小火煮半小时即可。
