【出处】《中医良药良方》
【组成】炒枳实10克，全瓜蒌15克，川桂枝9克。
【功用】宽胸，行气，通阳。
【主治】胸闷痹痛。
【制法】按上药比例加至10倍量，共研成粗末。每取35克，放热水瓶中，冲入半瓶沸水，盖闷2O分钟后，代茶饮用，1日内饮完。
【宜忌】孕妇忌用。
【按语】枳实具有破气除痞、泻痰、消积的功效。《名医别录》说它能“除胸胁痰癖，逐停水，破结实，消胀满，心下急病痛，逆气，胁风痛。”川枳实含生物碱、甙类、酸橙等。动物实验，对麻醉犬有显著而迅速的升压作用，并具有增强子宫收缩力，使胃肠运动有力。括蒌化痰利气宽胸，它主含三萜皂甙、有机酸、树脂、糖类和色素等。动物实验，括蒌有显著增加冠脉流量作用，并有降血脂的功效。括蒌枳实桂枝茶系由《金匮要略》治胸痹的枳实薤白桂枝汤去薤白、厚朴而成。其中枳实散结气，全瓜蒌化痰利气，桂枝通胸阳，治气痰互结，颇合胸阳受遇的胸痹闷痛之病机。
