To observe the effect of the herbal medicine Zhishi Xiaopi pill on functional dyspepsia, 54 patients with functional dyspepsia were treated with Zhishi Xiaopi pill as the therapeutic group(TG),and other 50 patients treated with domperidone as the western medicine control group(CG).
为观察枳实消痞丸对功能性消化不良的疗效 ,采用枳实消痞丸治疗功能性消化不良 5 4例 ,并与吗丁啉治疗的西药对照组 ( 5 0例 )比较。

Objective To observe preventive efficacy of Kaiwei recipe on the formation of gastrointestinal dysfunction of patients with cancer after chemotherapy.
方法180例恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为预防组和对照组,化疗期间预防组给予中药加减枳实消痞汤,对照组不给予中药,观察化疗前及化疗5 d后患者胃肠功能障碍的形成及胃肠道症状变化情况。

痞胀 痞胀 证名。胸脘痞满而兼见脘腹发胀者。《张氏医通·腹满》：“此得之湿热伤脾阴，不能统血，胃虽受谷，脾不输运，故成痞胀。当理脾气，祛湿热，兼养血之剂，如枳实、黄连、炮姜、半夏、茯苓、当归、芍药、阿胶、乌梅、砂仁之类。”伤于饮食而胸痞者，枳术丸或越鞠保和丸；食后外感寒邪，饮食不化，用二陈汤加神曲、山楂、麦芽；虚寒不散，或宽或急，常喜热食者，理中汤加枳实；因于湿热而痞胀者，用平补枳术丸。参见痞、痞满条。
