又称TNM分类。国际性恶性肿瘤的分类法,适用于临床。在治疗前,以临床表现、X线、内镜、手术探查及病理组织学等资料,作为分类的基础。T代表原发瘤。Tis指原位癌。Tx指未发现原发肿瘤。T1、T2、T3、T4表示原发瘤大小和浸润范围。Tx指原发肿瘤大小不能确定。N代表区域淋巴结转移。N0指无区域淋巴结累及。N1、N2、N3表示区域淋巴结转移由少到多和累及范围;N4指相邻区域淋巴结受累。Nx指不能估计区域淋巴结是否累及。M表示远处转移。M0指无远处转移。M1指有远处转移。Mx表示不能肯定有远处转移。TNM分类有助于临床制定治疗计划、估计预后及评价治疗效果。
