配血
比较预期供血者和患者的血型。即把给血者的红细胞与受血者的血清相混合，这称为主侧 (也称直接配血）；还把受血者的红细胞与给血者的血清相混合，这称为次侧 (也称间接配血），如两侧配血试验均不凝集，方可进行输血。如果出现凝集现象，特别是主侧凝集，绝对不能输血，否则将出现输血反应。
