| 温灸器灸法 将艾绒放入特制的器具中，点燃，放在穴位上以施灸治疗的方法。温灸器的样式有多种，多为金属圆桶状结构，其筒内下端装有细金属网，侧旁有多个小孔，上口加盖，并钻有小孔。在筒内的金属网上放置艾绒及药物，点燃后筒的下端对准施灸部位，固定一处或来回熨灸，直到局部红润为度。并根据温热程度调解灸筒下口与施灸部位的距离，或移动速度，以保持合适的温度。此外，还可把温灸器放在落地支架上，按施灸部位能自动升降，并装有鼓风的小马达。当艾绒点燃后，借助控制器调节鼓风马达的风力，以其达到合适的温度。温灸器灸法具有调和气血、温中散寒的作用。适用于小儿、妇女、年老体弱及畏惧艾火者使用。 |
