Methods:233 Gastric abscess patients with aboved syndrome were divided randomly into two groups:treated group (n=125) were treated with Sihe decoction,one dose one day;control group were treated with omeprazole 20 mg,bid,antecibum.
目的：观察具有温胃活血作用的四合汤对脾胃虚弱、肝气犯胃型胃脘痛患者的治疗效果。

Methods:Adopt Sierwu compound Decoction(Chinese angelica,cultivated land,peony,Ligusticum wallichil,fructus ligustri lucidi,dry company of ink,the fruit of Chinese wolfberry,Semen Cuscutae,the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine,restoring a basin,lathing former son and so on) to follow 35 examples verifying gain,curing barrenness.
方法:采用四二五复合汤(当归、熟地、芍药、川芎、女贞子、墨旱连、枸杞子、菟丝子、五味子、覆盆子、车前子等)随证增益,治疗不孕症35例。

Objective To investigate the effects of component combination in Siwu Decoction (CCSWD) on the proliferation of human bone marrow stromal cell lines HFCL and hematopoiesis-related gene expression and to probe into the mechanism of the stimulative effects of SWD and CCSWD on the proliferation of HFCL cells.
方法 MTT法测定四物汤化学成分组合对体外HFCL 细胞增殖的影响;运用流式细胞术分析细胞周期的变化;制备人造血相关细胞因子寡核苷酸芯片并检测四物汤及其化学成分组合所致的造血相关细胞因子基因差异表达情况。
