【处方】
党参 200g 白术(炒) 200g 茯苓 200g 炙甘草 100g
【制法】
以上四味，粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀。另取生姜50g、大枣100g,分次加 水煎煮，滤过。取上述粉末，用煎液泛丸，干燥，即得。
【性状】
本品为棕色的水丸；味微甜。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品，置显微镜下观察：不规则分枝状团块无色，遇水合氯醛液 溶化；菌丝无色或淡棕色，直径4～6μm。联结乳管直径12～15μm,含细小颗粒状物。 草酸钙针晶细小，长10～32μm,不规则地充塞于薄壁细胞中。纤维束周围薄壁细胞含草 酸钙方晶，形成晶纤维。 (2) 取本品2g，研碎，加正己烷10ml，超声处理15分钟，滤过，滤液挥干，残渣加 正己烷1ml 使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取白术对照药材0.2g，加正己烷2ml,同法制成 对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述新制备的两种溶液各10μl, 分别点于同一硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以石油醚(60～90℃)－醋酸乙酯(20:0.1)为展开剂，展 开，取出，晾干，喷以5%香草醛硫酸溶液，加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中，在与 对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。 (3) 取本品5g，研碎，加水40ml，煎煮30分钟，滤过，滤液用正丁醇振摇提取3 次， 每次15ml，合并正丁醇液，用水洗涤3 次，每次10ml，正丁醇液蒸干，残渣加甲醇0.5ml 使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取甘草对照药材0.5g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色 谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取供试品溶液4μl、 对照药材溶液1μl,分别点于同一用1% 氢氧化钠溶液制备的硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以醋酸乙酯－甲酸－冰醋酸－水(15:1:1:2)为展 开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以10％硫酸乙醇溶液，在105℃ 加热至斑点显色清晰，置 紫外光灯(365nm) 下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜 色的荧光斑点。

应符合丸剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【功能与主治】
益气健脾。用于脾胃气虚，胃纳不佳，食少便溏。
【用法与用量】
口服，一次3～6g ，一日3 次。
【贮藏】
密闭，防潮。
