Based on the current achievements,the defect of present work and the problems needing further study were pointed out,and a new kind of welded beam to column connection details of HCWs with steel boundary element in shear walls was proposed,which was simple in details and in construction.

According to the problems in structural design of underframe, it analyzes the problems should be noticed including sample of bottom height?layout of quake-proof wall?ratio of rigidity?edge member and introduces right means to settle the problems.

This article , combined with a practical project design ,analyzes the distortion characteristics of column supported sheer-wall structure of high-rise buildings ,and concludes a method to calculate the bend yield and the utmost yield of a structural member ,in view of the functions of concrete and steel bar of edge member .

The requirements for edge member steel and vertical distribution steel of each wall segment are considered during steel arrangement.
