病理学术语。胃扭转的方式之一。胃大弯绕胃的纵轴向上旋转,以致胃大弯向上、而胃小弯向下的扭转方式,又称为绕胃纵轴旋转型胃扭转。上胃肠道造影显示食管和胃交界处的位置降低,胃窦位置升高,严重者胃窦高于食管胃交界处,胃大弯翻向上形成凸面向上弧形,胃小弯向下,形成凹面向下的弧度,胃粘膜呈螺旋状。
