性质:主要有三种形式。(a)夹层(带式)黏度计,在两平行板中间夹一条带,试验流体放在带与板中间,牵引带通过流体,在给定带与板的间隙及牵引带负荷的条件下,带的牵扯引速度与流体黏度有关。(b)试验流体夹在两平板之间,一块板固定,牵引另一块板,在给定牵引力条件下测定滑动速度。为防止测定时流体从缝隙漏出,应当使缝隙足够窄,或受试流体黏度足够大。即此型黏度计只适用于比较稠的流体。(c)板盘装置,适用面广,不只限于高黏度流体。
