性质:主晶相为Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)xTiyZrzO3复合钙钛矿型结构的压电陶瓷。具有致密度高、绝缘性能优良,压电性能好等特性。主要原料为四氧化二铅、二氧化钛、二氧化锆、五氧化二铌,添加少量改性氧化物,经高温烧结而成,如控制配方中x=50.5%(mol),y=26%(mol),z=23.5%(mol)时,可得径向机电耦合系数达0.76的制品。用于制作宽带压电陶瓷滤波器、变压器及电气器件等。
