在洛川县和长武县的富士苹果园生草栽培试验结果表明,生草栽培明显改善富士苹果园生态环境,增加土壤有机质和N、P、K含量;改善果园小气候,显著降低果园气温和土壤温度的极端数值;有利于害虫天敌的生存与繁衍,降低虫害密度,早期落叶病发病轻;生草栽培对果园土壤水分有保水和争水双重影响,但在渭北正常年份保水作用是主要的,在多雨年份,会加重套袋果实黑点病和红点病的发生。
