材料：
鹅肝，鲜，片状100克；洋葱，细碎30克；混合鲜香草3克；苹果，去皮，核，切成丁30克；黄油20克；苹果白兰地25毫升；黑香草醋汁20毫升；酸，酱3克；核桃，烤，碎5克；黑香草醋10毫升；黑胡椒1克；盐1克；混合生菜60克；混合香草10克；红黄椒丝4克。
做法:
１.用炒锅加热黄油，煎干表面，直至金黄，然后取出；
２.向锅内加入洋葱，一半香草并炒至汁液开始蒸发，加入苹果及核桃，继续煮使味道进入其中；
３.倒入白兰地并燃烧，浓缩一半，将鹅肝放回锅内，然后将锅从火上取下；
４.在盘中放好混合的生菜及香草，将鸭肝放上，用勺将油，醋汁，及肝汁搅匀然后倒入黄油，撒上红黄椒丝；
５.排好装饰及配料。
