From the point of view of a class handler of an elementary school this paper investigates the actuality of the pupils cooperation ability and analyzes the investigation result.

Based on the literatures,it summarizes the past researches into three models,which include cooperative ability based learning effects model,marginal descending learning effects model,and ambiguity modulated learning effects model.

By analyzing the importance of cooperative ability, this paper explains that emphasis should beput on cultivating students cooperative consciousness and cooperative ability in the process of classroom tea-ching.

Nowadays,the requirement of the synthetic quality to the labours needs higher and higher,and teamwork and cooperative ability becomes more and more important,which becomes one of the important targets of quality-oriented education.

Furthermore, the coordination mechanisms such as relation-specific assets investment,knowledge-sharing routines, the integration of resources, regulation of enterprise behavior, reduced logistics co -operation layer and so on are needed to ensure that relational coordination based on competence cooperation of members in LSSC is suggested.
