肺表面活性物质

  一种复杂的脂蛋白,其主要成分是二软脂酰卵磷脂。它由肺泡Ⅱ型细胞卵分泌,以单分子层铺盖在液泡的内表面,从而降低了液泡的表面张力,防止了固回缩力过大而阻碍肺泡的扩张甚至导致肺泡的塌陷。另一重要作用是维持各种大小不一的肺泡容量的稳定性。胎儿正常发育至30周前后,其肺组织内即开始出现分泌上皮细胞和表面活性物质。某些早产儿其肺泡分泌上皮细胞尚未成熟,内壁缺乏活性物质,产生肺不张(即新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征)而致死亡。
