准备时间：10分钟、烹饪时间：45分钟。
用料：
花生 50g、红枣 80g、木耳 50g、红糖 80g、蜂蜜 适量。
做法：
1、红枣、花生、木耳洗净，同放砂煲内，加清水适量，武火煮沸后，改用文火煲至花生熟烂，加入红糖再煲片刻，即可食用。
