◆怎么样做呢:
将鸡脯肉洗净,剁肉泥,备用;将熟地黄等3味中药水煎2次,取汁,备用;
粳米洗净,放沙锅内,加入药汁与鸡脯肉,文火煨粥,粥成时加入细盐、葱花、生姜末与味精调匀,再煮片刻即成。
