硫酸为无色油状液体,沸点为340℃,熔点为10.49℃,与水混合后可放出大量的热。临床上硫酸烧伤较多见。其气态时吸入可致吸入性损伤,液态时引起皮肤、黏膜组织脱水、凝固性坏死。焦痂呈黄色后转为棕褐色或黑色。其急救与治疗原则见“酸烧伤”条目。
