Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating corneal and conjunctival burn.
方法 :对 174例 2 0 4只眼结膜角膜烧伤应用湿润烧伤膏治疗 ,常规首次应用表面麻醉方法后 ,用生理盐水氯霉素眼药水冲洗眼角膜及结膜烧伤及充血部位后 ,再用 5～ 10ml无菌空针管“去针头”将美宝湿润烧伤膏吸入 ,每 3小时将湿润烧伤膏压入眼睑结膜与球结膜之间一次 ,连续应用治疗。

铬酸烧伤
chromic acid burn
铬酸及其盐类的溶液、蒸气、粉尘接触皮肤后均可引起烧伤和铬中毒。烧伤局部疼痛，呈黄色，发生不易愈合之溃疡。长期低浓度接触也可致红斑、水疱和经久不愈之湿疹样改变。中毒症状为头昏、进行性呼吸困难、发绀、烦躁至昏迷等缺氧症状和肾功能损害症状。此为铬与血红蛋白结合成失去携带氧能力的变性血红蛋白；铬从肾排泄引起肾损害。伤后应立即用大量流动清水冲洗，除去疱皮，湿敷5%硫代硫酸钠或5%枸橼酸钠。大面积烧伤者抗休克，同时准备手术，尽早切痂植皮。铬中毒尚无特殊解毒剂，可肌注硫基丙醇100mg/d，静注硫代硫酸钠4g/d或依地酸钙3g/d和大量维生素C，并且要输新鲜血和应用保护肾脏药物。
