Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on the elderly with lower respiratory tract infection treated with Qingrehuatan decoction and cefoperazone-sulbactam.
目的 观察清热化痰汤结合头孢哌酮 舒巴坦抗感染治疗老年人下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。
2) Huatan Qingfei Decoction
化痰清肺汤

Methods Thirty cases were all administered with Huatan Qingfei Decoction associated with venous pharmaceutics made of Chinese herbs and antibiotics symptomatic treatment and oxygen therapy.
[方法]30例患者均予化痰清肺汤口服,选用中药静脉制剂并配合抗生素治疗、对症治疗和氧疗。

Methods 10 cases in the treatment group were treated by Qingjinhuatantang,Qianjinweijingtang,combined with Cefixime,10 cases in the control group were treated purely by antibiotic.
方法治疗组10例采用清金化痰汤合千金韦茎汤联合头孢克肟治疗,对照组10例单纯用抗生素治疗。

| 清热化痰 中医祛痰法之一。主治热痰证。热痰证多因火热灼津，痰热互结所致，证见咳嗽痰黄，粘稠难咳，舌红苔黄腻，脉滑数，或为癫狂，瘰疬等。常用苦寒清热之品与化痰药配合使用。常用的清热化痰药物有瓜蒌、贝母、胆南星、礞石等，代表方剂如清气化痰丸、滚痰丸、消瘰丸等。清气化痰丸对于热痰咳嗽确有较好疗效，若属肾阴虚所致的喘促咽干者不宜使用。礞石滚痰丸药力峻猛，虚人及孕妇忌用。 |
