| 清热化痰 中医祛痰法之一。主治热痰证。热痰证多因火热灼津，痰热互结所致，证见咳嗽痰黄，粘稠难咳，舌红苔黄腻，脉滑数，或为癫狂，瘰疬等。常用苦寒清热之品与化痰药配合使用。常用的清热化痰药物有瓜蒌、贝母、胆南星、礞石等，代表方剂如清气化痰丸、滚痰丸、消瘰丸等。清气化痰丸对于热痰咳嗽确有较好疗效，若属肾阴虚所致的喘促咽干者不宜使用。礞石滚痰丸药力峻猛，虚人及孕妇忌用。 |
