900 ho gulJ旧0 xlfufo fenl-错铅硅胶吸附法分离(Separation。f:ireon,-um and hafnlum by siliea gel adsorptionmethod)错铅溶液中的铃被活化硅胶优先吸附的错铃分离方法 此法先使含Zr(;l;和HfCI;的甲醇溶液通过用573K温度活化过的硅胶分离塔,铅被硅胶优先吸附,从塔内排出的ZrCI‘溶液中含铅量降到0.3%以下。再用含HCI 1 .9一2.smol/L的甲醇溶液淋洗硅胶,错被优先洗出。然后再用含HZSO。3.smol/L的溶液解吸被硅胶吸附的铅。经过两个吸附周期,铅便可被富集到90%。 此外,用硅胶吸附分离含错、铅氯氧化物的甲醇溶液时,可得到含HfO:0.01%以下的纯二氧化错和含Hf022。编以上的铅富集物。 曾用连续生产的分离塔进行过错铅的硅胶吸附法分离试验,由含HfO22%的原料制得了含Hf020.01%以下的二氧化铅,并设计和试验了年产5t、含铅小于0.01写的氧化错的半工业分离装置。甲醇对人体有害,影响了此法在工业生产上的推广应用,目前仅用于化学分析。
