以自制聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物微球(BCNU loaded PLGA Microspheres,BCNU-PLGA-MS)制备释放不同时间(4h、1d、2d、3d、7d、14d、21d)的浸提液,体外培养大鼠C6胶质瘤细胞,以不同时间点的浸提液作用于体外培养的细胞,ELISA法检测浸提液对体外培养的大鼠C6胶质瘤细胞MMP-9、b-FGF蛋白表达的影响。

介入放射学技术。介入性局部化疗之前,把二者注入靶动脉,可暂时减少动脉血流,再行化疗药物灌注,以减少血液冲刷,保持局部化疗药物浓度的技术。与其他中期和长期栓塞微球不同,DSM和BAM仅造成数十分钟的血流量减少,待其被降解后血流可恢复至以前水平。
