| 氯霉素类抗生素 chloram phenicols 包括有氯霉素、甲砜霉素及无味氯霉素等。氯霉素为广谱抗生素，由于其对血液系统的毒性较大，故已较少用。外用其滴眼剂防治眼部感染。注意：①主要不良反应有粒细胞及血小板减少、再生障碍性贫血等。②久用可致视神经炎、共济失调及二重感染等。③有时有消化道反应。④新生儿可致灰婴综合症，故禁用。⑤精神病人可致严重反应，故禁用。⑥肌注易致严重反应。甲砜霉素抗菌谱与氯霉素相似，且不会出现再生障碍性贫血。但是肾功能不良时需减小剂量。儿童可服用无味氯霉素。 |
