In the previous experiments,we observed the blood flow changes caused by needling acupoints, meridional non-acupoints,and non-acupoints and explored a pathological model of obstructed channel by injecting polyacnylamide hydrogel.
本实验室前期的实验,观察了针刺经穴与经上非穴、非经非穴的引起血流变化情况,并通过奥美定水凝胶阻滞初步建立了“经脉不通”的病理模型,奥美定水凝胶能影响组织液压波的传递,影响小型猪的痛阈,但对于针刺信号的影响还有待研究。
