性质:又名头孢羟唑;羟苄四唑头孢菌素。由甲硫四氮唑头孢烯酸与羟基苯乙酸合成的第二代头孢菌素。其钠盐为白色或淡黄白色结晶性粉末,无臭,味微苦。易溶于水、二甲基甲酰胺,较易溶于甲醇,难溶于乙醇,极难溶于丙酮。杀菌力强,抗菌谱广,对革兰氏阳性菌有良好的抗菌作用,对革兰氏阴性菌作用优于第一代头孢菌素而不及第三代头孢菌素。肌肉注射0.5g,0.5~2h血药浓度达峰值(13μg/m1);静脉注射1g,10min后,血药浓度峰值为139μg/ml。肌肉注射血清半衰期为1h,静脉注射为32min。主要自尿排泄。本品毒性低于头孢唑啉,用药后见有皮疹、荨麻疹,嗜酸性粒细胞增多,肝、肾及血液系统异常。对头孢菌素过敏者禁用。肾功能不全者慎用。
