yabi崖壁(esearpment)面向敌方的陡壁式土工障碍物。通常构筑在15。一45“的向敌斜坡上，也可利用梯田、堤坎等改造而成。崖壁(见图)高度不小于2米，底宽35一4米，构筑时底部稍向内侧倾斜，使敌方坦克难以用冲撞的方式克服崖壁。当崖壁高度不足或前方接近地较平坦时，可在崖壁前面构筑防坦克减速沟坝，以削弱敌坦克对崖壁的冲撞力。在土质松软地段构筑防坦克崖壁时，要施加被覆，并在与坦克了一火_‘、笼一枷。…声才 崖壁诱导轮同高的位置上用抗冲撞的坚固材料进行加强。为防敌人利用崖壁隐蔽和集结兵力，崖壁常用曲身寸和侧射火力进行掩扩，，并在其接近地和底部埋设地雷。 (苏鹏程)
