主料:面粉、鸡蛋
辅料:葡萄干、瓜子仁、小枣、椰丝、山楂糕
调料:黄油、白糖
烹制方法:
1、将鸡蛋打入盆中,加入小半碗白糖,顺一个方向搅拌,打20分钟左右至鸡蛋起泡为好;
2、在打好的鸡蛋中加入适量面粉,慢慢搅拌使面粉与鸡蛋充分结合,加入椰丝、瓜子仁、小枣、葡萄干、山楂糕搅拌均匀;
3、将黄油均匀的涂抹在电饭煲的内侧,倒入搅拌好的蛋糕液,将按键调至蛋糕档,蛋糕便可自动做好。
特点:香甜可口,营养丰富。
