【“总，—结构侧盆”四原则】有关资产负债管理的一种观点。该观点认为，商业银行资产负债管理应侧重于结构上的控制，通过结构的调整来实现总量上平衡。其四项原则是:①总量平衡原则。资产负债管理要求的总量平衡是动态上的、实质上的平衡，任何一家商业银行拥有的资产都必须建立在负债合理的基础上。②结构对应原则。商业银行短、中、长期的资产负债在结构上应基本对应，以保持资产负债在动态上的平衡。③协调原则。协调好社会性、安全性、流动性、盈利性四者之间的关系是商业银行资产负债管理的重要原则。④组合效益原则。追求资产一、负债组合效益的最大化。特别是在资产结构一定的情况一F，应更多的追求负债组合效益最大化。
