This paper briefly looks at history of the European monetary cooperation firstly,then answers three questions on on Monetary Cooperation in East Asia:(1)how to choice the system of exchange rate cooperation in East Asia;(2)the currency basket in East Asia;(3)the economic integration in East Asia.
本文在简要回顾欧洲货币合作的基础上,回答了有关东亚货币合作的如下三个方面的问题:(1)东亚汇率合作机制的选择;(2)东亚的货币篮子;(3)东亚的经济一体化。

【合作金触机构劳动人事管理】合作金融机构经营管理的重要组成部分。根据1984年“国务院批转中国农业银行关于改革信用合作社管理体制的报告的通知”精神，信用社改革了用工制度，打破了“铁饭碗”“大锅饭”。1988年4月6日中国农业银行印发了“农村信用合作社职工管理暂行规定”，明确规定信用社对原固定工实行聘用制，按照职工岗位责任制的要求一年一聘，即年终对职工的德、能、勤、绩等方面进行全面考核，根据考核的结果决定下年是否继续聘用和奖惩。
