补充资料：荣誉军人专科大学
荣誉军人专科大学是朝鲜为在服兵役期间受伤而退役的军人专门设立的一所学校，旨在把那些为国家流血致残的荣誉军人培养成为地方干部。学校设在新义州郊外。目前在这所大学普通班学习的有500多人，在代培班学习的有150人。学校还开设函授班，为行动不便的荣誉军人提供学习机会。针对荣誉军人大多有残疾的特点，荣誉军人专科大学培养的主要是统计会计方面的人才。这是一所全日制大学，执行全国统一的教学大纲，但仍保持着部队生活的习惯，组织纪律性很强。学校充满着团结友爱的好风气。学校有教师近40人，而工勤人员却达100人。这些工勤人员负责照料学生们生活的方方面面，这也是荣誉军人大学有别于普通大学的一个特点。学校招生办法，首先是由单位推荐，再进行入学考试。但在考试中特别考虑到学生的伤残程度能否坚持全日制学习的问题，对于伤残较重的军人，根据情况安排函授教育。学员毕业后，走上地方工作岗位，在各条战线上继续发挥作用。
