The primary objective of the thesis is to analyze the metaphorical frame and conceptual integration in the stories of children, using the Two-Domain Model proposed by Lakoff and Johnson, and the Many Space Model by Fauconnier and Turner respectively and hence to understand the cognitive activities in story thinking and narrative imagination.
