This paper has an analysis and appraisements to the investment benefits of the National Afforest Project loaned from World Bank with two proposals,and compares the appraisement of the two proposals in addition,multi-factor analysis approach which bases on single-factor analysis approach,is used to analyses the factors of affecting the project investment benefits.
