With the educational reform gradually advancing and the form of schooling,teaching contents and teaching methods continuously improved,many non-governmental institutions of higher learning begin to have a gradual transition from the academic year system to the credit system.

The paper analyses the status quo of the resources allocation of 10 non-governmental ordinary colleges and universities in Beijing,pointing out the problems existing in the teaching staff,fund-raising model and hardware facilities and presenting feasible measures.
