Public art planning of Panzhihua city (2005~2020) explored this new field and tried to hang scientific, sociality and artistry together to compose total methods and theories.
《攀枝花市公共艺术总体规划》(2005年~2020年)就这一崭新的课题和研究领域,尝试把科学性、社会性和艺术性紧密结合,探索了规划方法和理论框架,从城市空间及公共艺术现状分析入手,建构攀枝花市公共艺术规划的总体框架,对公共艺术总体布局与城市空间形态做了规划研究,对城市特殊环境中公共艺术规划设计与创作提出了控制原则,并探讨了规划实施方法与策略。

由阿尔巴尼亚作家、艺术家所组成。1945年10月,在地拉那先成立了阿尔巴尼亚作家协会，由作家范·诺里任名誉主席，选举迪米特尔·舒特里奇为主席。1957年5月,在第一次全国文学艺术工作者代表大会上，作家协会与1952年成立的艺术家协会合并，成立了阿尔巴尼亚作家艺术家协会,由舒特里奇担任主席。1974年后由德里泰罗·阿戈里接任主席。至1980年,协会约有会员1,000人，下设12个分会。它的机关刊物名为《十一月》。
