q .ye ZuZhl企业组织(enterprise organization)指企业的生产经营管理组织机构。传统的企业组织绝大多数沿用金字塔式的多级管理形式，主要有直线一职能制和事业部制等形式.目前已由原来的金字塔式组织形式发展到金字塔逐渐趋于扁平、管理幅度逐渐加大、结构层次逐渐减少的形式.对于多品种小批量生产的企业，为了适应市场的变化，企业生产组织需要具有较大的灵活性，随即出现了柔性多变的动态组织，如矩阵制、盛拟企业(公司)等组织结构;一些临时性的编组，也被逐渐广泛采用。 企业组织机构主要有直线制、直线一职能制、事业部制、矩阵制等形式。这些组织形式在电力企业中都有采用，其具体的组织结构见企业管理体钊。 为了提高企业对市场反应的速度和满足用户需要的能力，20世纪90年代中期，随着电子商务的发展，出现了一种高度灵活的动态组织—虚拟企业(公司)。 应拟技术是计算机术语中的一个常用名词，指通过借用外部共用的信息网络及通道以提高信息数据的存贮和存取效率的一种方法。引人企业管理，是指企业借用外部力t，整合外部资源的一种策略。也就是说，应拟组织就是一种借势的策略，是以各种方式借用外力，如购买、兼并、联合、委托、外包等，对企业外部的资派优势，以信息技术为手段，进行整合，实现聚变，创造出最佳的竞争优势。在虚拟组织结构中，企业可以获得诸如设计、生产、营销等具体功能，但却不一定拥有与上述功能相对应的实体组织，它是以通过外部的资源、力t来实现上述功能的。虚拟化的形式有:①人员虚拟化.即借助外部人力资源来弥补本企业智力资源不足;②功能虚拟化，即借助外部力量来改善本企业劣势部门的功能，使之与本企业其它的优势功能相互匹配;③企业虚拟化，它是功能虚拟化的扩展形式，其表现形式为“虚拟企业(公司)”。可见，虚拟策略是一种最佳的管理方法，它所追求的主要目标在于突破企业有形的界限，弱化具体组织结构形式，达到全方位借用外力的效果.虚拟企业(公司)是为实施某项产品或项目而整合的，一旦所承接的产品或项目完成，虚拟企业(公司)即自行解体，各项资薄也立即转人其它项目.虚拟企业(公司)的管理还有待规范化.
