客到家常饭，僧来谷雨茶，闲时节自炼丹砂。
【作者】：
杨朝英，生卒年不详，号澹斋，青城（今山东高青县西青城镇，一说即四川青城）人。与贯云石相友善，张之翰称其“灭除是非心，消落忧喜意”（《杨英甫郎中澹斋》）。至正年，编有散曲选集《乐府新编阳春白雪》和《朝野新声太平乐府》，使元人散曲多以传世，工散曲，《太和正音谱》评其曲“如碧海珊瑚”，扬维桢把他怀关汉卿、庾吉甫、卢疏斋交列 。现存小令27首。
【注释】：
士处：没有做官的读书人。此指隐士。
酒新篘：酒刚刚滤出。篘，过滤。
鱼旋打：鱼刚刚打起。旋，旋即，刚刚。
豚：小猪。
谷雨茶：谷雨节前采摘的茶。
炼丹砂：古代道教提倡炼丹服食，以延年益寿。丹砂，即朱砂。水银和硫磺的化物。
【赏析】：
此曲写隐居生活，表现知足常乐的旷达思想。风格恬淡清新，笔调轻松自如，富有田园韵味。
