心理剧(psyehodrama)亦称“社会剧”(soeial一drama)。集体心理治疗的方法之一。由维也纳精神病学家莫雷诺(Moreno，J.L.)首创。这种治疗方法不以谈话为主，而以某种心理冲突的情境下的自发表演为主。它通过特殊的戏剧化形式，使参演患者的人格特征、人际关系、心理冲突和情绪问题在戏剧过程中逐渐呈现于舞台，以达到精神发泄，消除思想上的压力和自卑感;受参演时激情的影响，可产生认同作用;并能诱导出病人的创造性和自发性，增加其适应环境、克服危机和产生新的认识能力，从而使自我的实现成为可能，对他今后的生活产生有益的影响。参加者包括四种人员:(1)导演者即心理治疗医师，任务是鼓励患者自发地参与戏剧活动，促使剧情向预期的效果发展。(2)戏剧主角即患者，由他决定心理剧的戏剧情节，把他的心理问题表达出来。(3)辅助性配角(auxiliary egos)，他们尽可能逼真地再现主角所处的现实生活环境，使主角自然而然地体验到与这种背景相联系着的内心冲突自发地发泄出来。(4)治疗小组即心理治疗医师邀请来的，与主角有类似的心理问题的观众。导演鼓励他们从舞台的表演中寻找自己的生活，并把自己的行为投射到正在发展中的剧情中。 (杨津广撰梁宝勇审)
