[高级农业合作社信用部】50年代中期，中国农村全面实现集体化之后，在高级农业合作社里附设一个资金互助组织，即信用部，兼办农村信贷业务。信用部的职工配备及其待遇由高级农业合作社统一解决，职工待遇一般为记工分，参加分配，信用部的工作由高级农业合作社统一领导和管理。这种组织形式的优点有三:(l)便于党政对集体经济的领导;(2)有利于生产计划和信贷计划的结合，使其协调统一;(3)方便社员群众存、取款。缺点是高级农业合作社把信用部当作小金库，信贷政策和制度不能很好贯彻执行，造成大量信贷资金使用上的混乱和损失。
